About Cusimer

In the time of New France, when Gaspe was being settled, the Port of Saint-Maxime-du-Mont-Louis was home to one of the largest fish processing facilities in the entire Gaspé region.  Continuing this centuries-old maritime tradition, Cusimer has offered a wide variety of quality bottom fish products for over twenty years.

Today our company processes fish caught in the cold waters of the St. Lawrence Seaway, thanks to the combined efforts of some fifteen independent fishermen and fifty employees that compose our processing factory in Mont-Louis, High Gaspé.
