Sea food sausage

Prepare with Greenland turbot and salmon.  The sausage is stuffed in a natural pork or collagen casing.

Directions for use

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F / 220°C.  Coat a pan with olive oil or spray with non stick spray and place the frozen sausages on the pan, cover tightly with aluminum foil.  Bake in center of oven for about 45 minutes.
BBQ 650°F: Wrap the sausages in aluminum foil in papillote fashion and cook for 8 minutes.  Turn over at half time
Thawing instructions: Pierce holes in the wrapper, and thaw the sausages under refrigeration at 0 to 4 degrees celcius for 24 hours.  Once thawed the sausage can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days.
