Fish and scallop stuffed salmon fillet

After cooking your fish and scallop stuffed salmon fillet, cut into thin slices and place on a bed of mixed lettuce.  Pour hollandaise sauce, with a garnish of dried cranberries, small shrimps, and pepper to taste.
