Seafood sausage

Thaw the sausage 24 hours ahead in a refrigerator, after making an incision in the vacuum bag. Preheat the oven to 350 C.  Thaw the sausages in the refrigerator after making a small incision in the bag. Preheat oven at 350°C. Cut the thawed sausages in about  1 inch pieces. Cut peppers roughly the same size. Mount kebabs by alternating the pieces of sausages, peppers and cherry  tomatoes. Put your kebabs in the oven about 20 minutes. Cook the rice and asparagus. Deposit your kebabs on a bed of rice, add chopped parsley and liven it up with asparagus! You can serve this dish with an oriental red sauce.
